Intimate and chic 56-room hotel with attractive albeit very small rooms decorated in modern or traditional styles. The location is absolutely terrific with the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, and every kind of shop imaginable nearby. Given the size of the rooms, we prefer a suite or deluxe double. The modern deluxe doubles are larger than the traditional ones but they are still small. Junior Suite 81 is one room with a glorious view of the Eiffel Tower. Other junior suites like 77-78 in the back have a sitting room and an extra bathroom. If you like to sleep with the windows open, a high floor or a room in the back may be preferable because traffic on the rue de Bac can be noisy. The concierge and staff are helpful and friendly. In warm weather, it’s lovely to sit outside and have a drink in front of the hotel.  Special lower cost packages are available on the internet for stays of 2 or 3 nights, and the business package includes free internet access.
