WE LOVE those located on the European side of the Bosphorus for the convenience to tourist sites and restaurants, but there’s a gorgeous option on the Asian side for those who want to get away from it all. Staying on the Bosphorus is the best, but it’s expensive so we also include hotels which are more moderately-priced.
