The Parisians definitely know how to do summer. The beach comes to the banks of the Seine (between the Tuileries and Pont Henri IV) with an expanse of sand, a swimming pool, hammocks for lounging, a cooling mist, deck chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, and loads of yummy food. For exercise, there’s a climbing wall, a trampoline for kids, and rollerblading. It’s all free except for the food, and it’s definitely the place to have fun in the summer heat.
