While SendList may not require account creation, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur through your use of the Service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SendList only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in SendList, including lists, items, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content

SendList and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tom Guleff and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

SendList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Tom Guleff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tom Guleff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of SendList or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SendList immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of SendList after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tom Guleff regarding the use of SendList and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Tom Guleff.

By using SendList, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
